We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing additional attendees or children to the class, as our seating capacity is limited. We appreciate your cooperation in making prior arrangements so you can attend the session without any accompanying individuals.
When securing a seat for a class, please ensure prompt completion of the checkout process and payment. Our system automatically cancels appointments that remain unpaid after a 30-minute period.
Refund Policy:
Please be aware that due to the pre-ordering of CPR e-cards, procurement of materials, and immediate reservation of seats, refunds for canceled appointments cannot be issued. However, if you miss your scheduled class, you are welcome to join another session at a later date. In exceptional circumstances where a refund is warranted, a processing fee of 20%, not exceeding $19.95, will be applied to cover administrative costs, credit card processing fees, and other expenses associated with the cancellation and re-listing of the seat.
We acknowledge the challenges that may arise in managing appointments and provide comprehensive how-to guides to facilitate your experience. These guides encompass topics such as scheduling your initial appointment, registering on our scheduler, and handling adjustments to your appointments.
