A Step-by-Step Guide on How to Claim and View Your AHA eCard from Pulse CPR and First Aid School in Augusta

Claiming Your AHA eCard:

Via Email:

  1. Look out for an email from eCards@heart.org with a link to claim your eCard.
  2. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email.
  3. Verify information on the Student Profile webpage, and contact your Training Center if any details are incorrect.
  4. Set up a security question, accept terms, and submit.
  5. Complete a survey to enhance future AHA training.
  6. Once done, your eCard will display for saving or printing.
  7. Save the confirmation email received after claiming.

Via eCards Site:

  1. Visit the eCards Search page and enter your details or eCard Code.
  2. Look for your “Unclaimed” eCard and follow the steps to claim.
  3. Set up a security question during the process.
  4. Contact your Training Center if the eCard cannot be found.

Via SMS Text:

  1. Ensure your mobile number is entered by the Instructor or Training Center when issuing the eCard.
  2. Text “eCard” to 51736 to opt-in for claiming/viewing.
  3. Follow instructions received via text to claim your eCard.
  4. If your number is not in the system, you’ll be notified.

Viewing Your Claimed eCard:

  1. Visit the eCards Search page and enter your details or eCard Code.
  2. Answer the security question.
  3. If correct, you’ll see “My eCards.” Contact your Training Center if the eCard isn’t found.
  4. Choose Full or Wallet size and click “View eCard” to download.
  5. To email, select “Email Cards,” enter the address, and click “Email.”

Employer Verification of Claimed eCard:

Note: The student must claim their eCard for an employer to view it.

  1. Visit the eCards Search page, go to the “Employer” tab, and enter the eCard Code.
  2. Click “Verify” to see the eCard Status.
