At Pulse CPR School in Martinez/Augusta, GA, we deliver the complete curriculum covering CPR, First Aid, Infant & Child Safety, emergency response, professionalism, business skills, and marketing — everything your teen needs to be a safe, confident, and professional babysitter.
The In-Class workshop is a single full-day session at our Martinez, GA location. The Virtual option includes a self-paced online course ($24) plus a 3-hour in-person skills check-off session ($89). Call (706) 901-7277 for current in-class pricing and available dates.
Babysitter Boot Camp® is open to boys and girls ages 10 to 18. No prior babysitting or first aid experience is required. The curriculum is designed specifically for this age group and delivered in an engaging, age-appropriate way.
Yes — hands-on CPR is a core part of every Babysitter Boot Camp® course. Students practice on training mannequins and learn adult, child, and infant CPR, how to respond to a choking victim, basic First Aid, and when and how to activate emergency services (911). This is one of the biggest differentiators from standard babysitting courses.
Absolutely. We offer private group classes for Scout troops, church youth groups, homeschool co-ops, neighborhood groups, schools, and community organizations throughout the Augusta and CSRA area. Not at all. Babysitter Boot Camp® is designed for both boys and girls ages 10–18. Many boys watch younger siblings, neighborhood kids, or aspire to work in youth sports or childcare. The skills — CPR, safety, professionalism — are equally valuable regardless of gender.
Upon completion, your teen receives an official Babysitter Boot Camp® Certification Card. This recognized credential can be shown to clients, included in a babysitting profile, and listed on a college or job application.
The In-Class option completes everything in one day at our Martinez location. The Virtual option lets your teen complete the lecture and testing portion online at their own pace ($24), then schedule a 3-hour in-person skills session ($89) to demonstrate hands-on CPR and safety skills. Both award the same official certification.
Standard babysitting courses cover basic child safety without CPR, First Aid, or business skills.
